1. Who is responsible for your information
VIEQAN is an AI and IT solutions business based in the Philippines. For website privacy matters, VIEQAN acts as the personal information controller for personal data collected directly through this website. Privacy requests may be sent to visnu@vieqan.com.
2. Information we collect
For business inquiries, we may collect your name, company or organization, work email, optional phone number, optional website, optional current tools, service interest, project timeline, budget range, project description, and consent choices. Newsletter signup collects the information shown on that form. VIEQAN AI and voice features process the questions, text, or voice input you choose to submit. Hosting and security systems may also process limited technical data such as request metadata needed to operate and protect the site.
3. Why we process information
We process personal information to respond to inquiries, assess project fit, prepare for requested discovery or service discussions, operate requested website features, provide subscribed communications, prevent abuse, maintain security, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
4. Legal basis and consent
Depending on the activity, processing may be based on your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or another lawful basis available under applicable law. Marketing consent is optional and separate from the privacy acknowledgement needed to process a business inquiry. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent for future processing.
5. Service providers and recipients
VIEQAN uses service providers to operate the website and business workflows. Depending on the feature you use, these may include Vercel for hosting and server-side processing, Cloudflare for AI and voice processing, MailerLite for newsletter subscriptions, Make for workflow automation, Google Workspace for business communications and records, and other configured providers necessary to deliver the requested function. Providers process information under their own security and privacy obligations and may operate infrastructure outside the Philippines.
6. AI and voice features
Questions submitted to VIEQAN AI may be processed by configured AI service providers to generate responses. Voice features process audio only after you activate them; audio may be transcribed and the resulting text sent to the AI feature. VIEQAN does not intentionally require sensitive personal information for these public tools. Do not submit passwords, secret keys, payment credentials, government IDs, health information, confidential client data, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
7. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, to maintain legitimate business records, to resolve disputes, to protect the site, or to meet legal requirements. Marketing subscription data may be retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to limited suppression records needed to honor that request.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal data about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion or blocking where appropriate, information about processing, data portability where applicable, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent when consent is the basis for processing. You may raise privacy concerns with VIEQAN and may lodge a complaint with the Philippine National Privacy Commission.
9. Security and data minimization
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the website and the information it handles. Website forms are designed to collect only information reasonably needed for the stated purpose. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive or confidential information.
10. Cookies and tracking
VIEQAN currently does not load advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts on this website. Limited first-party browser storage may be used for site preferences. See the Cookie Policy for current details.
